Registration Fee Includes
• Access to GMPS 2024 main scientific program.
• Participation in all scientific programs and fairgrounds.
• Lunch and coffee breaks included in the program.
• Congress materials, program, badge, attendance, certificate, etc.
• All mentioned prices are in TRY, per person and excluding VAT 20%.
Accommodation Fee Includes
• 3 nights accommodation for November 1-3, 2024
• Including breakfast
• Check-in time is 15:00 and the Check-out time is 14:00 hrs.
• All mentioned prices are in TRY, per night / per person and excluding VAT 12%.
Payment and Confirmation Information
• Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. If you do not complete full payment of your accommodation reservation in 7 days, your reservation will be canceled
automatically.
• After full payment is received, the congress secretariat will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail with all the details of your accommodation.
• If you do not receive to confirmation letter please contact the Congress Secretariat (Ethiccon Congress Events Company).
• If you make your payment through bank transfer, please send a copy of your bank receipt to the congress secretariat so that the congress secretariat can track your
payment and confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy for Registration and Accommodation
• All paid registration services canceled before June 1, 2024, are 50% refundable.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations made after June 1, 2024.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the congress secretariat
(Ethiccon Congress Events Company) and are only valid after acknowledgment by the Congress Secretariat.
• All refunds will be executed after the end of the congress in November 2024.
